Nigel McMillan was a retired professional photographer who lived in Glenuig, and thoroughly enjoying exploring this stunning area. When working, he was mainly studio-based, doing commercial photography for brochures and websites, so to live in such a beautiful area of Scotland was a real delight for him.

The photographs shown here are loosely based on water, a subject that fascinated Nigel for many few years. He found it difficult to visit a river, loch or burn without exploring the location in some detail, noting the change of light, reflections, colours & ripples.
